OK, I wasn’t going t get all sentimental about this. Around a month ago writer Mac Tonnies passed away suddenly. I read his mars book awile back, didn’t agree with a lot of it but I didn’t find it disagreeable. He was one of those truly open minded people who actually thought about his position and didn’t just insult you if he disagreed with yours. He was good people and he had some very interesting ideas.
Hisblog and Twitter accounts are still around for the time being. No telling for how long but I suspect Mac is going to be around for a good bit longer than even he would have imagined. I think the world is a far less interesting place with his passing.
