This really is the most disgusting thing I’ve seen recently about the Church of Scientology: Their reaction to the Haiti earthquake.<\/p>\n
The actions of the Church of Scientology are despicable, in the extreme.<\/p>\n
The Church of Scientology provides no money towards the victims in Haiti.\u00a0 None.\u00a0 Not one penny.\u00a0 The church supplies no<\/em> food, no<\/em> water, no<\/em> medicine, no<\/em> building materials, no<\/em> personnel, no<\/em> expertise, nothing<\/em> for Haiti.<\/p>\n But they claim, in their press releases, that their Volunteer Ministers are “a major relief agency” helping in Haiti.\u00a0 If they do nothing<\/em>, how can they claim this?<\/p>\n John Travolta supplied an airplane, not the church.\u00a0 Individual Scientologists volunteered to go using their own money<\/em>.\u00a0 As usual, the Church of Scientology did nothing<\/em>.<\/p>\n Along with a few untrained<\/em> Scientology “Volunteer Ministers”, Travolta offered a lift to health-care workers from the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad<\/strong> and from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints<\/strong>.\u00a0 Those other<\/em> non<\/strong>-Scientology groups were sending trained<\/em> medical personnel and the Scientologists were completely untrained<\/em>.\u00a0 And yet, in a most disgusting bit of lying, the Church of Scientology is actually claiming they<\/em> sent the medical personnel!<\/p>\n [[[MORE]]]<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This really is the most disgusting thing I’ve seen recently about the Church of Scientology: Their reaction to the Haiti earthquake.
