He moves around the country allot, we don’t know why but it might have something to do with his lifestyle, his debts, his inability to hold even a menial job, his complete lack of consideration for the people around him (even his immediate family!) His constant brushes with the law or his prideful and public drug use,<\/p>\n Lord Rick and the Odd Emperor have gone around and around a few times.
