We live-blogged<\/a>\u00a0the first half of the day\u2019s session, which included opening statements by attorneys on both sides. But then Judge Dib Waldrip called for a ban on recording devices during Monique\u2019s testimony in the afternoon, so we had to quit live-blogging and went back to pen-and-paper tech.
