Put some real praise in there, damming someone with faint praise doesn\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t cut it.<br \/>\n2. Don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t let him have it with both barrels right on the get-go. Point out a couple of little things and see how they react.<br \/>\n3. Never be rude first.<br \/>\n4. Try not to be rude at all.<br \/>\n5. It needs some humor.<br \/>\n6. And some understanding.<br \/>\n7. Criticize the words, not the person.<br \/>\n8. Never name-call<br \/>\n9. Or threaten.<br \/>\n10. Don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t libel<br \/>\n11. Be specific.<br \/>\n12. Don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t just trash people and run, when they respond, answer them!<br \/>\n13. Cite sources.<br \/>\n14. Be careful about trashing relatives or given names\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u20ac\u009dactually, just don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t do it!<br \/>\n15. WHEN you are criticized back, (and you certainly will be,) don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t worry your little head too much. Most people won\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t follow your rules, why should they? You will be lambasted, hounded, threatened, harassed, and perhaps even litigated. It\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s all part of the game mon! None of thease things will be effective BECAUSE they don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t follow the rules.<br \/>\n16. Always remember, you don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t want to destroy your quarry, you want to change them! (And have a good laugh.)<br \/>\nand finally;<\/p>\n<p>17.
