Jack Horkheimer AKA &#8220;The Star Hustler, if you&#8217;ve ever watched PBS until\u00a0sign off\u00a0you would have seen him just before the playing of the national\u00a0anthem\u00a0and all of that white noise. This saddens the Odd Emperor, he was a fixture in my house during the 1970s and even the 80s. (OK, I admit that I\u00a0frequently\u00a0watched the local PBS station until\u00a0sign off.<\/p>\n<p>Sleep well sweet prince!
