This one was from one of our associates who thought we might be interested. At first we didn&#8217;t think much, we see letters like this all the time. But this one (remember it was not sent to the Odd Empire but to\u00a0someone\u00a0else) had some of MY writing on it.<\/p>\n<p>Clearly this is some strange\u00a0business!<\/p>\n<p>And since it was of a legal nature (sort of) I woke up the Hounds of Hell to take a look. The Hounds of Hell are the legal agency of Labrusky, Skinflint, Shyster, and his larger brother Leo, once I got them to dry out for a while (they hate that) \u00a0I was able to get them to take a look, after smearing it with bacon grease first.<\/p>\n<p>Works every time!<\/p>\n<p>This is what they said about the letter.<\/p>\n<p>Well actually the junior brother Leo said this, the rest of the firm were busy chasing rats or some other\u00a0disgusting\u00a0thing. I try to stay out of my legal staff&#8217;s business, it&#8217;s better that way! Anyway , here&#8217;s Leo\u00a0Shyster&#8217;s\u00a0take on this letter.<\/p>\n<p>By the waMissy, this is for\u00a0entertainment\u00a0purposes\u00a0\u00a0only (those of you who take this and yourselves WAY too\u00a0seriously.)<\/p>\n<p>**<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;First off, boss!&#8221; said Leo Shyster. &#8220;Why do you even bother with this crap? This letter is like a big\u00a0steaming\u00a0mass of horse manure after a rainstorm. It&#8217;s not even close to making any real assertions or even asking for any \u00a0reasonable\u00a0action. Hell &#8211; Chilling Effects is full of this bullcrap. \u00a0My reaction is a big wet Bronx cheer! I mean ignore them!, they send this stuff around to scare people\u00a0because\u00a0they got\u00a0nothing\u00a0else they can do!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ignore them?&#8221; I said, &#8220;that&#8217;s\u00a0all you have to say?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Well yeah&#8221; said the junior partner &#8220;Now the letter itself&#8221; he continued &#8221; it\u00a0probably\u00a0is from a real legal agency which spent\u00a0maybe\u00a0a couple&#8217; a minutes\u00a0on this letter or whatever the hell it is..\u00a0basically\u00a0it&#8217;s says, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8220;stop using your first\u00a0amendment\u00a0rights or else<\/span><\/strong>. They know how \u00a0retarded\u00a0that is and how it won&#8217;t stand up in court. They\u00a0basically had this Missy person write the letter, then cleaned it up a little. I bet they were\u00a0giggling\u00a0about this around the water cooler too! \u00a0She\u00a0probably\u00a0paid a couple of hundred dollars for this joke.<\/p>\n<p>They can&#8217;t really tell anyone what public web pages they can&#8217;t look at or who they can contact.&#8221; \u00a0he continued.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Is that quote is from one of your emails boss?&#8221; he asked.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oh yes&#8221; I said, &#8220;Moonbat contacted me some time ago and started making a lot of crazy demands.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She contacted you?&#8221; asked Leo Shister.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Uh\u00a0uh!, or some automated stuff on her web page did. I was never clear about that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I makes no matter,&#8221; said Leo. &#8221; You are permitted to respond to an email, even if it say&#8217;s &#8220;never contact \u00a0me or don&#8217;t respond.&#8221; Otherwise people could send abusive\u00a0emails\u00a0all day long saying &#8220;don&#8217;t reply or else&#8221; and there is nothing you could do about it. \u00a0You can reply once, \u00a0but if they ask you to leave them alone you\u00a0probably\u00a0should. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She didn&#8217;t ask, she ordered.&#8221; I said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Same difference,&#8221; said Leo, &#8220;just\u00a0because\u00a0they behave like jerks does not mean you should bug &#8217;em.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ok, well she emailed me first! I said. &#8220;In fact she\u00a0emails\u00a0me whenever\u00a0somebody\u00a0pulls\u00a0one of her stupid free sites down for TOS violations.&#8221; The last one was a doozy &#8211;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;FUCK OFF AND DIE! LEAVE MY WEBSITES ALONE!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> I DIDN&#8217;T DO ANYTHING TO YOU!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> I WILL PUT MY SITE RIGHT BACK UP AGAIN!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> DO NOT TOUCH MY WEBSITES OR GET THEM SHUT DOWN AGAIN AND AGAIN!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> I WILL FIGHT BACK!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> I HAVE FACEBOOK AND WILL SAY ABOUT YOU AS MUCH AS WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO ME<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> AGAIN AND AGAIN!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em> LEAVE MY WEBSITES ALONE! MY ATTORNEY HAS BEEN CONTACTED!&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;haha!,&#8221; said Leo, &#8220;she was pissed at you about something. She thinks you are stalking her though, are you?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Of course not,&#8221; I said, &#8221; I do have \u00a0clipping services watching her and watching a number of key words. Other than that I don&#8217;t pay much attention to her.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Well, she can&#8217;t stop you from using the passive-fu &#8221; said Leo.&#8221; \u00a0She can ask you to stop looking at her shit, but she cannot\u00a0enforce\u00a0such a request. \u00a0She could block you if she could figure out your IP. Anything else? Are you really\u00a0bugging\u00a0her house?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Of course not!&#8221; I said. &#8220;She publishes a lot of personal stuff and other people have told me about phone conversations with her.\u00a0Apparently\u00a0she&#8217;s kind of a blabbermouth. &#8221; And besides &#8220;I\u00a0said,&#8221; she&#8217;s got a history of thinking her home is bugged<a href=\"http:\/\/disc.yourwebapps.com\/discussion.cgi?disc=89780;article=21015;title=Billy%20the%20Kid:%20Outlaw%20Legend\">, look at this forum post from 2006.<\/a> She&#8217;s talking about some other fellow. This is long before I ever heard of her.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;One question: How the hell did he know what was discussedin a private phone conversation between myself and mycousin a few nights ago? I sure as hell did not sayanything about this on this forum or any other?Also what right did he have to post our pics to any placeon the internet without our express written or oral consent.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s not the only example, &#8220;I continued. &#8221; whenever she feels threatened by somebody she starts saying that they are following her around and spying on phone calls etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Well, anyway,&#8221; said Leo\u00a0Shyster. &#8220;She sent it to the wrong person AND she got their address wrong, I don&#8217;t think there is a &#8220;Fargo Florida&#8221; is there?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Actually\u00a0there is,&#8221; I said, \u00a0but I don&#8217;t think the person she sent it to lives there. &#8221; It rhymes with Fargo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;OK,&#8221; Said Leo, &#8221; so you have a letter saying\u00a0basically , <em>I demand you allow me to control your\u00a0behavior\u00a0on the Internet, and\u00a0stop communicating with \u00a0unknown\u00a0persons. And while your at it, take information about me off of\u00a0unknown\u00a0web pages. \u00a0It got sent to the wrong person at the wrong <\/em><em>address<\/em><em>!
